36 year old patient, 6’ 0”, 210Lb came to the office complaining of tender, hard large mass under the areola(Gynecomastia) & the bulge of his “love handels”. Patient excercise regularly and is in fairly good shape. Patient suffers from this condition for more than 10 years and in spite of all the effort to stay fit. Male Breast Reduction surgery and liposuction of the waist and back was done. Significant improvment of the Gynecomastia and the waist area can be seen in the post op photos.
