Enlarged Male Breasts Corrective Surgery Before and After Photos of a 50 year-old male patient who traveled from Las Vegas, NV to see accomplished author and world authority on Gynecomastia (over-developed male breasts), Dr. Mordcai Blau. This 6’6”, 175 lbs. patient presented with Gynecomastia and excessive adipose tissue around the waist area. The patient could not get rid of this through diet and exercise and so he decided to undergo Liposuction of the belt area, as well. After years of vast experience – 95% of his practice consists of corrective plastic surgery for enlarged male breasts, Dr. Blau has developed and perfected a unique method of surgery. Dubbed the “Natural Blend Technique,” this method uses minimal and usually inconspicuous incisions in combination with resection of 95-98% of the glandular tissue. In spite of the reduced elasticity of the skin at age 50, this patient got fairly good results and was happy after the surgery (post operation photos of this patient from Las Vegas, NV were taken at 6 months).
