Plastic Surgery for Enlarged Male Breasts Before and After Pictures of a 25-year-old New Jersey patient who is 5′ 11″ and 190 pounds. This patient consulted with Dr. Mordcai Blau and complained of excess fatty tissue in the belt area and enlarged male breasts (Gynecomastia). He elected to have Liposuction of the Tummy, Waist, and Back and Gynecomastia Surgery.
