36-year old patient, 6’ 0”, 210 lb. came from Virginia Beach, VA to the office of Dr. Mordcai Blau, a leading Board Certified plastic surgeon and world authority on Gynecomastia. The patient complained of a tender, hard large mass under the areola (Gynecomastia) and the unsightly bulge of his “love handles.” He exercised regularly and was in fairly good shape.
