Post-Op Gynecomastia in Bodybuilders Photos: 1 Year
This 29-year-old, Manhattan, New Yorker decided to consult with Dr. Blau when he started to feel that his gynecomastia condition interfered with his career as a bodybuilder. Several of his fellow competitors had referred him to Dr. Blau. He was pleased to find out that Dr. Blau has developed his own gynecomastia surgery technique known as the “natural blend technique” for correcting the gynecomastia condition. Most of his glandular tissue was removed and there was no need for a drain. The patient was told not to move his chest muscles much within the first several weeks because of the risk of bleeding is higher in the bodybuilding community. He was also told that he could start to train again in two weeks with aerobics only, then gradually move back into weight training after he had healed.
