Before and after photos of a 39-year-old Bodybuilder from Long Island, New York who was unhappy with his gynecomastia that he had developed over the past several years of bodybuilding. During the procedure, the head and tail of the glandular tissue was excised, no liposuction was needed and no drain was required after surgery minimizing scaring. The incision is in an inconspicuous area underneath the areola and it will not show. He was advised that he should refrain from taking substances, such as vitamins and fish oil before and directly after the surgery because bleeding may be problem and to be careful moving and use only his wrists and elbows for the first few weeks following surgery.
