This is a 36 year old patient from Fairfield County, CT, who is 5’10 and 185 lbs who traveled to Dr. Blau, board certified plastic surgeon and a diplomate of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, for his Gynecomastia. This is a condition that results from the abnormal development of glandular tissue located beneath the male breast that causes an enlargement. The patient had been feeling self-conscious at the appearance of his chest for years and decided that surgical correction was his next option.
