Before and After Plastic Surgery Pictures of a 23 year-old man from the Nassau County, Long Island, NY with Gynecomastia, a condition where males have enlarged breasts, who underwent male breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Mordcai Blau, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He was happy to find out that Dr. Blau has developed his own gynecomastia surgery technique known as the “natural blend technique” for correcting the gynecomastia condition. During the procedure, the glandular tissue was removed, followed by a small amount of liposculpture. The incision is less than 1 inch long and is not noticeable, as you can see in the before and after gynecomastia surgery photos above. This patient is extremely pleased with his results.
