Before and after pictures of a 26-year-old Upstate New York male with Gynecomastia, or enlarged male breasts. After consulting with Dr. Mordcai Blau, this patient wished to have his breast size reduced. He came to Dr. Blau after learning that the doctor had developed his own Gynecomastia surgery technique that leaves little scarring.
