This is a 25-year-old 6′3″ and 285 pounds man from New York. He had been suffering from Gynecomastia, a condition in which the male breasts become larger than what is normal due to the formation of glandular tissue beneath the breasts. It was a condition that caused the patient much discomfort and he did not like removing his shirt in public.
