About this rhinoplasty surgery: On this male patient the facial curves were good. But the nose profile interfered with the proportions and gave him an unattractive look. The nose dorsum was very prominent and curved and the nose tip protruded and was slightly too long which gave him a short upper lip.
On such a young male the difference should be subtle and yet striking. In other words the rhinoplasty photos demonstrate the very natural masculine appearance post op.
