About this rhinoplasty surgery: This 14 year old girl and her parents felt that the appearance of the nose from profile was a cause for embarrassment. The goal of this nose job was to straighten the profile to adequate proportion with the chin, lips and forehead.
The post op rhinoplasty photos show that a significant improvement, yet one that preserves the natural appearance. As a matter of fact, the change looked so natural that she was complimented for her new hair style.
