This 25-year-old bodybuilder patient from Long Island, New York began to suffer from Gynecomastia after several years of aggressive weight-training. He became frustrated because points were being deducted during competition due to the enlargement of his breasts that is the result of a formation of mammary tissue located on top of the muscles of the chest.
