Post-Op Asymmetrical/Unilateral Gynecomastia Photos: 6 Months
This is a 25 year-old, 5’ 6” 170 lb Baltimore, MD patient who came to Dr. Blau’s office with significant asymmetry in his breasts. His gynecomastia had manifested as a large right breast compared to the left breast. This condition was interfering with his daily life and caused embarrassment when he was working out in the gym with a tight shirt on or in the pool where would not take his shirt off. Dr Blau performed male breast reduction and patient is content with the results. He reports that his has had a positive change in his social life and is comfortable with his body.
