Post-Op Asymmetrical/Unilateral Gynecomastia Photos: 6 months
This is a 35-year-old patient from Williamsburg, Pennsylvania who developed unequal (asymmetric) Gynecomastia at age 13. His right breast larger and shaped differently compared to the left breast. Over the years, there was no improvement and the difference even became more accentuated. The patient came to Dr. Blau’s office seeking help to correct this embarrassing condition. Dr. Blau performed male breast reduction surgery on the patient. His surgery included removing the glandular tissue from the right breast and removing adipose tissue in both breasts with liposculpture, all with precise attention to making the entire chest area symmetrical. The above are before and after photos (6 months post surgery).
