24-year-old male patient who is 5′ 9” and 185 lbs from Brooklyn New York who suffered from severe Asymmetrical Gynecomastia since age 11. He always felt uncomfortable with his condition and tried to cover his chest so his enlarged breasts would not be noticeable. This behavior limited him from going to the beach and the pool, and he avoided the gym. It became so severe that it developed into a social disability for him and he had problems dating.
