About these gynecomastia surgery photos: This 24 year old male had a repair of Gynecomastia done by another physician 1 year ago. The patient was unhappy with the results of the first surgery that still showed Gynecoamstia and uneven noticeable nipple-areola complex scarring. He was very self conscious going to the beach or the pool or anywhere he had to take off his shirt.
