This is an 18 year old Brooklyn, New York City, NY male, who is 6’2 and 160 lbs, who developed Gynecomastia during adolescence. Gynecomastia is a condition that develops due to the formation of mammary tissue located beneath the male breast resulting in an enlargement. It can affect up to 60% of adolescent boys, and although milder cases often resolve themselves with maturity (often by age 17), more severe or tubular cases, such as in this young man’s case, will not dissolve with age.
