This 17-year-old male suffered a condition known as Puffy Nipples, a form of Gynecomastia. The glandular breast tissue accumulates under the areolas causing them to protrude. His was a mild condition. The teenager was relieved to hear that his condition affected as many as 60 percent of boys, and his parents were happy to find that Dr. Blau is a board certified plastic surgeon and a diplomat of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons with over twenty years experience. The family traveled from Toronto, Canada for the surgery and Breast Reduction Procedure was done under local anesthesia and lasted less then one hour. The tiny scar is completely unnoticeable.
