This 14-year-old patient consulted with Dr Blau for his Severe Gynecomastia condition that affected his daily social life. He learned from Dr. Blau that adolescent gynecomastia affects many young boys about 8 to 12 years of age. Typically tubular or severe cases, as can be seen in the above photos, do not resolve on thier own (mild cases may dissolve by age17).  He was embarrassed about his gynecomastia condition so much that started skipping school. After comprehensive consultations with both the teenager and his parents, Male Breast Reduction Surgery was decided the best course of action to improve this young man’s life.
