This 18-year-old, Suffolk County, Long Island, NY young man was unhappy with his overdeveloped chest and wished to reduce his male breast size. He was extremely self-conscious when he was with his friends because of their teasing and refused to go swimming or play any sports where he had to remove his shirt.
