This 39-year-old male had a mild Asymmetrical Gynecomastia condition. He was self-conscious about his enlarged male breasts and looked for a solution to rid himself of his gynecomastia. He decided on plastic surgery when he learned that Dr. Blau is an award-winning sculptor and painter and an accomplished author and world authority regarding gynecomastia surgery. Since he was an athlete, the cosmetic appearance of his chest was very important to him.
