This 42 years old man who is 5’ 6” and weighs 175 lbs suffered from asymmetric Gynecomastia and saggy chest for years. He consulted with many Plastic Surgeons in New York City and across the country to see if they could correct his severe gynecomastia condition. He received the same answer, “We cannot promise it will look better. Besides, this surgery will result in multiple scars.” In other words, they were skeptical of a positive outcome to say the least He also claimed that none of the plastic surgeons showed him good examples of previous patients.
