This is a 31 year old male, who is 5’9 and weighs 168 lbs, from Westchester, NY, who had consulted with Dr. Blau for his Gynecomastia or enlarged male breasts. This is a condition that occurs due to an abnormal formation of mammary tissue underneath the male breast, resulting in a swollen appearance. The patient was not satisfied with the appearance of his chest and felt self-conscious removing his shirt in public places, such as the local gym.
