This is a 25 year old patient from Essex County, NJ, who is 5’11 and 225 lbs, felt uncomfortable about his Gynecomastia, or enlarged male breasts. This is a condition that occurs due to an abnormal development of glandular tissue underneath the male breast, resulting in a swollen, distended appearance. The patient decided to consult with Dr. Blau, board certified plastic surgeon and a diplomate of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, no only because he learned about Dr. Blau’s superior authority around the world in his experience and knowledge in Gynecomastia surgery. The patient underwent male breast reduction, excising the glandular tissue, followed by a small amount of liposuction. The patient is very satisfied with the results and feels relieved to no longer experience his prior embarrassment with the appearance of his chest.
