This is a 22 year old male from Ulster County, NY who is 6’0 and 190 lbs. He consulted Dr. Blau, board certified plastic surgeon and a diplomat of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, for his Gynecomastia, or enlarged male breasts. This is a condition that is caused by a buildup of excess mammary tissue beneath the male breast resulting in a swollen appearance.
