Before and after photos of a 23 year old Westchester, NY male who is 5’9 and 190 lbs. He had been suffering from Gynecomastia or enlarged male breast, a condition the results from the excess formation of tissue beneath the male breast. The patient consulted with Dr. Blau, board certified plastic surgeon with over 20 years experience, after learning he is a leading authority throughout the world in Gynecomastia surgery and also a well-accomplished author on the subject. He was further impressed to learn he is an award-winning painter and sculptor. Male breast reduction surgery was performed, with the excision of the mammary tissue followed by a small amount of liposuction. The incision is only an inch in diameter and only one year following the procedure it is not noticeable, even without a shirt. The patient is very happy with the outcome of the procedure and no longer feels hindered the appearance of his chest.
