This is a 22 year old from Brooklyn, NY, who is 5’10 and 192 lbs, who had been suffering from enlarged male breasts, or Gynecomastia. This is a condition that occurs due to an excess formation of mammary tissue located beneath the male breast resulting in an enlargement. It is a condition that commonly occurs in adolescence between 12 and 18, but corrects itself with age after a few years. At 22, this young man had seen no difference in the appearance of his chest and began to feel uncomfortable removing his shirt in public. Male breast reduction surgery was performed, excising the mammary tissue, along with a small amount of liposuction.
