Before and After Plastic Surgery Pictures of a 33-year-old male from Manhattan, New York City who consulted with Dr. Blau about Gynecomastia, or enlarged male breasts, and decided to have male breast reduction surgery. He was happy to find that Dr. Blau is a board certified plastic surgeon and a diplomate of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons with over twenty years experience, and that he is also an award-winning sculptor and painter. The glandular tissue was excised, followed by liposuction. No drain was required. As you can see in the before and after gynecomastia photos, the incision is not noticeable and after having the gynecomastia surgery, the patient is pleased and was no longer self conscious about removing his shirt.
