Before and After Plastic Surgery Pictures of a 21 year-old man from Brooklyn, NYC with enlarged male breasts, a condition known as Gynecomastia, who underwent male breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Mordcai Blau, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He was happy to find out that Dr. Blau has developed his own gynecomastia surgery technique known as the “natural blend technique” for correcting gynecomastia. During the procedure, the glandular tissue was removed, followed by liposculpture. The incision is less than 1 inch long and is not noticeable, as you can see in the before and after gynecomastia surgery photos above. This patient is happy with his results and no longer feels self-conscious about his chest.
