Dr Mordcai Blau is proud to be a participating volunteer plastic surgeon in “Project C.A.R.E”. that is a comprehensive aesthetic restorative effort to assist wounded and injured American soldiers. So far about 500 soldiers were treated by participating plastic surgeons. We salute the man and women that are serving in the armed force protecting America.
