A young 16-year-old adolescent 5′10″ 210 lbs from London, Great Britain that had suffered from severe congenital Gynecomastia. Weight loss did not reduce the size of his enlarged breasts. The teen was exhibiting the beginnings psychological and social problems related to his gynecomastia. Both patient and parents were involved in the decision to undergo surgery.
