Before and after photos of a 26 year old, Monmouth County, NJ male, who is 6’3 and 214 pounds. He had developed a common form of Gynecomastia called Puffy Nipple Areola Complex, a condition in which the nipples become distended or “puffy” in appearance as the result of a formation of mammary tissue concentrated beneath the areola.
