A Gynecomastia patient from Orange County, New York, who is 5′10 and 152 pounds. He had been suffering from the most common form of Gynecomastia, called Puffy Nipples, the results from the development of mammary tissue located beneath the areola that causes the nipples to puff out. This condition started at age 12 and since then has been interfering with his social life. Since it was not severe, his parents’ support was given for corrective surgery only at age 17, when they realized that there was no improvement in his condition in spite of his excellent physique.
