True Puffy Nipples
This 32-year-old male from Sussex County, New Jersey came to my office with an aesthetically defined, well developed athletic chest. This case is rare and truly involves the nipples themselves that were elongated and saggy.
The surgery performed on him was true nipple-areolar reconstruction by excision of part of the nipple areola complex with extensive reconstruction using local flaps and without excision of glandular and adipose tissues.
The reconstruction of the puffy nipples was complete and the patient was extremely satisfied with his new normal looking nipples-areolar areas.
The pre & post-op photos of the true puffy nipples repair show that the quality of the repair was good and the nipple-areolar complex now appears to have a completely normal shape.
