This is an 18 year old, 6′1, 240 lb male from New Jersey. He had been suffering from Pseudogynecomastia, a condition in which there is a formation of fatty tissue beneath the male breast causing the breasts to become enlarged. This differs from true Gynecomastia, in which the enlargement is due to glandular tissue. The patient felt extremely uncomfortable with the appearance of his chest and decided to get the condition corrected surgically.
