Before and After photos of a 31-year-old male, who is 5′8 and 160 pounds, from Queens, New York City, NY who had developed Pseudogynecomastia in his late 20’s. This is a condition in which the breasts become enlarged and are comprised primarily of adipose tissue. The patient felt uncomfortable with the appearance of his chest and he refrained from removing his shirt in public.
