This is a 28 year old Long Island, NY male, who is 6’1 and 235 pounds. As a bodybuilder, the patient had been training for many years and began to develop a condition called Gynecomastia, which is caused by a growth of glandular tissue located on top of the muscles of the breasts, causing them to become enlarged and puffy in appearance. The patient felt the condition was causing a hindrance in his career and felt uncomfortable with the appearance of his chest.
