Before and post-op photos of a 31 year old Nassau County, Long Island, NY male, who is 5’6 and 170 pounds. He had been suffering from Asymmetrical Gynecomastia, a condition that is due to the development of mammary tissue beneath one breast only, resulting in the afflicted breast to become enlarged while the other breast remains the same size. This patient noticed a significant difference in the asymmetry of his chest and it caused him much embarrassment.
