This is a 38 year old male from New York (NYC), NY, who is 6’0 and 240 lbs. He had been suffering from Asymmetrical Gynecomastia, a condition that occurs due to the formation of glandular tissue located underneath one breast resulting in the afflicted breast to become larger than the other breast. The patient had been self-conscious by the appearance of his chest for years and began to grow tired of layering his clothing in an attempt to conceal his condition.
