Post-Op Asymmetrical/Unilateral Gynecomastia Photos: 1 Year
A 28-year-old patient who is 5’ 7”, 170 lb, noticed three years ago that his left breast was increasing in size significantly and had become larger than the right one. He could feel a large mass under the left breast and a smaller one under the right. This condition was very embarrassing and prevented him from going to the gym regularly. The patient was so unhappy with his gynecomastia that he would put two layers of shirts in order to disguise his condition. Dr. Blau removed the glandular masses in both breasts to create a symmetry that had not been there before. The before and after photos of male breast reduction surgery can show the vast improvement. This patient is excited about his results and is no longer embarassed.
