This 32-year-old patient from Philadelphia, PA had asymmetrical male breasts, which is a specific gynecomastia condition known as unilateral or asymmetrical gynecomastia. It is a condition that occurs in nearly one third of all gynecomastia cases. He was embarrassed with his larger left breast, which was twice the size of his right. He coped with his gynecomastia by not removing his shirt and wearing thicker layers of clothing.
