This patient was extremely unhappy with his massive right breast, felt uncomfortable removing his shirt, and had been becoming increasingly uncomfortable in relationships. He researched and believed the problem was unilateral gynecomastia, however Dr. Blau discovered a problem on the left breast as well. Dr. Blau performed a procedure that involved removing the glandular tissue from the chest area followed by a small amount of surgical sculpture and a small amount of lipo on the other breast tissue resulting in a much more symmetrical chest.
