About this abdominal liposuction/thigh liposuction surgery: This 33 y.o. patient wanted ideas and suggestions for improving the contour of her mid body and thighs. She had 2 babies and since the last pregnancy was very unhappy with her overall body contour. Previously, she had breast augmentation by me and referred her inlaws and best friend to me.
Her problem areas were her abdomen, waist, back, thighs and knees. My suggestion was tumescent liposuction to those areas. The pre-op liposuction photos show a slightly overweight lady with an accumulation of fat tissue in the above areas. Since she had young babies we extensively discussed ways to improve and maintain the liposuction results post liposuction surgery. We both agreed that it is going to be a motivational liposuction surgery. This means that the procedures are just the beginning and she will further improve her body contour by proper diet and exercise.
We decided to make appointments every 6 weeks and assure the improvement. The post op pictures are 1 year after the surgery. Note the dramatic improvement with better definition of the waist, flattening of her abdomen and thinning of the legs and the overall remarkable boost of confidence.
