Our Surgical Facility

Anesthesia & Nursing Team
We perform most cosmetic surgery procedures in our fully equipped, office-based surgical facility. The facility features advanced instrumentation, including laser technology that we use alongside traditional surgical tools to help reduce bleeding and shorten procedure time. We also have laser systems available for skin resurfacing, hair removal, and the treatment of certain vascular lesions.
Dr. Blau, Dr. Zellner, and our team regularly attend medical meetings, conventions, and exhibits to stay current with the latest advancements in surgical instrumentation and technique. Our Surgical Team
Our operating team includes experienced, fully credentialed medical professionals. The anesthesiology team is led by Dr. Joel Greenspan and his group of board-certified anesthesiologists, who bring decades of combined experience in managing patient comfort and safety during procedures. Our nursing staff consists of university-trained, highly specialized Registered Nurses and Medical Technicians who work alongside Dr. Blau and Dr. Zellner throughout every procedure.

Meet Our Surgeons
Dr. Mordcai Blau is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 30 years of experience. He has performed more than 10,000 gynecomastia (male breast reduction) procedures and is recognized internationally as one of the foremost authorities on the condition. He is a published author who has contributed chapters to medical textbooks and has presented his research at major plastic surgery conferences.
Dr. Elizabeth Zellner has been board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 2018. She trained at MIT, Vanderbilt, and Yale, and began her surgical career at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Valhalla, NY, where she earned a reputation for pediatric plastic surgery, facial aesthetics, rhinoplasty, and trauma reconstruction. Dr. Zellner has trained directly under Dr. Blau, learning his gynecomastia techniques to ensure consistency and continuity in the results our patients expect. She has been recognized as a Top Doctor in Westchester by Westchester Magazine and as a Top Plastic Surgeon in the New York Metro Area by New York Magazine.
