This 35-year-old Body Builder with an excellent physique suffered from a significant asymmetrical Gynecomastia and large amounts of fatty tissue in the Abdomen and Waist areas. Years of training in the gym could not resolve this problem. Patient was extremely unhappy about his conditions and tried to correct them through diet and exercise.
