This is a 24-year-old 5 10″220 lbs male from Up State New York, Putnam county that had asymmetric Gynecomasia.  The right breast was larger and shaped differently compare to the left one. Note that in the post-operative picture there is significant improvment in the shape even after three months. The patient is extrememly happy with his new shape.
