This 28 year-old patient from Upstate New York (Dutchess County) was troubled by his overdeveloped chest. Development of male breasts is a condition known as Gynecomastia. The patient underwent corrective surgery to reduce the size of his chest (gynecomastia) performed by Dr. Mordcai Blau, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, after he learned that Dr. Blau is a world authority and an accomplished author in the subject of Gynecomastia surgery.  The mammary tissue was excised, followed by a small amount of liposuction.  The surgery did not require a drain for the patient.  As you can see in the after pictures, the incision is hidden in an inconspicuous area and will not show, even without a shirt on.  The patient was extremely pleased with the results and has referred other patients to Dr. Blau.
