21-year-old male from New Castle County  Delaware came to Dr. Blau for Gynecomastia surgery, or male breast reduction. He discovered that Dr. Mordcai Blau is a world authority and an accomplished author in the subject of Gynecomastia surgery.  Surgery included removal of some of the mammary tissue, followed by a small amount of liposculpture.  The patient did not require a drain.  The incision is small and inconspicuous; it will not show, even if the patient removes his shirt. This patient’s after picture was taken a year following the gynecomastia procedure and he is extremely pleased with the outcome of surgery and he now feels free of the social burden he once had.
