About this rhinoplasty surgery:Â This after nose job surgery photo is 13 years after the patient's nose job. The patient brought her little sister to my office for a rhinoplasty. Pre-op a very young 14 year old girl with a nose that was long with a wide tip and dorsal hump.
The post op rhinoplasty photos show a mature women 27 years old with a refined nose that fits her face and is proportional to the bone structure. She was very proud that nobody knew she had rhinoplasty.
